When I posted a video of this piece on social media, I came across Johnny Cash's song "The Chicken in Black." The song humorously tells the story of a brain transplant gone awry, leading to unexpected and quirky consequences. Much like the song, my painting captures the whimsical and unexpected nature of life. The crow, much like the "chicken in black," finds itself in a setting where it doesn’t quite belong, yet it thrives, bringing unique charm and mischief to the scene.
