Reflections of Autumn

The Three Sisters in Canmore is a view I’ve returned to again and again, and every time I paint it, I uncover something new about the scene. In this piece, I wanted to capture the bright, airy feeling of late fall, when the warm tones of the grass peek through the first snow and the light floods the landscape with a golden glow.

What struck me most this time was the water, with its crisp reflections doubling the scene’s beauty. This version of the Three Sisters is all about that interplay of light, warmths, and the subtle changes that make this view so endlessly inspiring.
